Samurai Japan is used to being the star attraction in international games — especially at home. In the Premier12 final on Nov. 24, however, the world’s No. 1 team was reduced to a supporting role.
Lin Chia-cheng hit a solo home run and team captain Chen Chieh-hsien connected on a three-run shot as Taiwan claimed the Premier12 title with a 4-0 upset of Japan at Tokyo Dome.
